I'm a bit concerned with some of the suggestions. I've been led to believe Bananas are high in starch (which convert to sugars which are then stored as fat?)& therefore are not recommended for people with high blood sugar. Same goes with grapes, & carrots are high in sugar as well. Best to use moderation with everything, & exclude nothing unless absolutely essential! Cross-reference before believing everything online.
isn't Carrots a hybrid veg though
